Temporary Hold Room

JT2 Engineering and Construction undertook the construction of the Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport Temporary Hold Room, a project commissioned by McCarthy Building for the Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport Authority. The project was completed in a span of 90 days.

One of the most significant challenges faced during the construction was the project’s location on an active airport runway. This necessitated the implementation of stringent safety measures and close coordination with airport operations to ensure the safety of workers, airport staff, and passengers. Despite these challenges, JT2 Engineering and Construction’s expertise in handling complex and sensitive environments ensured the project’s successful and timely completion. This project underscores JT2’s commitment to delivering excellence, even in the most challenging conditions.
